All Reservations: 

• A convenience fee will be added to online card reservations to offset processor fees. Fees will not be more than our cost. Cash price available if booking in-person by cash or check.
• You may bring your own food and drink, but no glass (including serving dishes), no cans and no alcohol. We will most definitely enforce this rule. Bringing alcohol is terms for immediate cancelation of party with no refund.
• Per health code guidelines, we may not store customer food in our refrigerator or freezer.  Dry ice from a grocery store is effective for keeping ice cream frozen (just don’t touch it with your bare hands). 
• If lightening is detected in area, lifeguards must clear the pool for 30 minutes after last detected thunder.
• Lifeguard and management instructions are to be followed at all times.
• Any gunite pool surface can be abrasive to young, active, waterlogged feet. We recommend water shoes/socks for kids.
• No confetti or water balloons. 
• No tape of any kind. Please use string and clips to hold decorations.
• By booking, you confirm you've read and agree to these and all other rules listed on the pool website.

After-Hours Private Parties

• Pizza Hoss offers special pricing and free delivery! See details. 
• Select appropriate party size from dropdown when booking online. Party size includes all attendees, not just swimmers. If you aren't sure, you can change the size closer to the event.   for potential weather-related cancellations. 
• You will be able to come in to set up around 6:15pm when lifeguards have finished cleaning.
• We ask that you be ready to leave when the reserved time ends at 8:30pm.
• Cancellations may be made up to 2 weeks prior to reserved date.
• In the event of SEVERE weather forecast during your scheduled time, you may consult with a pool manager by 5pm that day and receive a refund. If you choose to proceed with the party, there will be no refunds even if party is a storm-out. Mangers also reserve the right to cancel if they feel weather will be too severe.

Daytime Pergola Reservations

• Pergola reservations may be self-cancelled online up to two weeks prior to reserved date.  You may contact the pool directly to cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your booking. 
• The pergola is reserved exclusively for your use during the 3-hour slot; early arrival or extended stays are permitted, but the pergola access is limited to your booked slot.
• If you would like to reserve the pergola from 10am-5pm, you may rent both time slots that day.  
• Regular admission fees still apply for all attendees. Consider purchasing a 10-visit punch card at a discount for easier entry.
•  For smooth entry, please bring a list of guests whose admission you'll cover. Our gate staff will check this list as guests arrive. Guests not on the list will need to pay their own admission. Thank you!  
• Full refunds are issued if the pool closes for the day for severe weather before your reserved time (check our Facebook for updates). If the pool remains open and you are a no-show, there will be no refunds.

🕑 Timing matters:

• Orders must be placed at least 2 hours in advance.
• For orders of 10 or more pizzas, please call the day before to ensure they have enough fresh dough on hand.
