Weekdays (Mon-Thu)
Full Day Rental: 10am - 9pm

Weekends (Fri-Sun)
Quick Rental (3 Hours): 10a-1p or 2p-5p or 6p-9p
- $125
1/2 Day Rental (7 Hours): 10a-5p or 2p-9p
- $200
Full Day Rental (11 Hours): 10a-9p
- $250
$25 will be refunded if cleanup is complete & no damage.

Rental Details
General Rules
- No activities after 10pm.
- No alcoholic beverages.
- Deposit refund is dependent upon approval of cleanliness and damage inspection.
- Private pool parties and the pavilion are separate rentals.
- The pool can't be accessed from the pavilion (per health dept regulations) and does not include admission to pool. If your intention is to rent the smaller covered pergola in the pool area, do so here.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Absolutely no tape other than BLUE PAINTERS TAPE (and you must remove it completely). No scotch or packing tape. Tacks or other types of adhesives are not allowed. Any strings & ribbons must be removed. There are hooks on columns. Clothes pins or binder clips work well to hold down tablecloths.
- No confetti, piñatas, silly string or sidewalk chalk.
- Bounce houses, canopies, etc. aren't allowed outside fenced area. They must fit on the grassy areas inside fence.
- You may bring a gas grill but must use drip catcher if placed on concrete (we provide permanent charcoal grill).
- Full cleanup rules will be sent prior to rental date along with your entry instructions.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Full refund if event is a total rain out, but you must call or email us before your reserved time.
- Once pavilion is occupied there will be no refunds.
- Cancellations must be made 1 week in advance by calling Kristy Gross at (865) 712-1677 or emailing karnslionsclubpavilion@gmail.com.

🕑 Timing matters:
- Orders must be placed at least 2 hours in advance.
- For orders of 10 or more pizzas, please call the day before to ensure they have enough fresh dough on hand.
