Availability: Tue-Sun 6:30-8:30pm, May 24 - July 29, 2025. The first few days of August *may* be made available in late July. 

Party Pricing for 2025: Based on all attendees, not just swimmers

Cash Price

• Up to 30 people:  $300
• 31 to 75 people:  $400
• 76 to 100 people:  $500
• 101 to 150 people:  $600
• 151 to 200 people:  $700 
• Over 200 people:  $800

A 3% convenience fee applies to all credit card & online transactions, including online. 

No debit cards accepted in-person at the pool due to legal restrictions, but can be used online.

Lifeguards will be staffed at the appropriate number per party size as required by the health department. If your party size becomes larger than originally planned, you must let us know in advance and pay the difference. All safety rules will be enforced. 

Food and Decor Guidelines:

• Outside food and drink are permitted, but no cans, glass (including serving dishes), or alcohol. Having alcohol will result in immediate termination of the party with no refund.
• The concession stand is not open during parties.
• No confetti or water balloons. 
• No tape of any kind. Please use string and clips to hang any banners or decorations. 

Setup can begin around 6:15 PM after lifeguards finish cleaning. A Karns Lions Club volunteer will be on site during your party. 

Booking and Cancellation:

• Book online at least 1 week in advance or in-person during regular pool hours. 
• No refunds for cancellations within two weeks of the reserved date.
• Weather related cancellations: Consult with a pool manager by 5pm on the day of your party to receive a refund. No refunds will be issued if you choose to proceed and the party is affected by weather. Management also reserves the right to cancel for severe weather. 

Reserve our NEW 10x20 covered pergola with two picnic tables for your exclusive use.

During Your Event:

• Regular admission fees still apply for all attendees. Consider purchasing a 10-visit punch card for discounted and easier entry.
• The pergola is reserved exclusively for your use during the 3-hour slot. You may arrive at the pool early or stay later, but the pergola access is limited to your booked time only. 
• You may rent both time slots and occupy the pergola from 10am-5pm.
• Outside food and drink are permitted, but please no cans, glass, or alcohol.
•  For smoother entry, please bring a list of guests whose admission you'll cover. Our gate staff will check this list as guests arrive. Guests not on the list will need to pay their own admission.
• No tape of any kind. Please use string and clips to hang any banners or decorations. No confetti or water balloons. 

Booking and Cancellation:

• Book online at least 1 week in advance. You may book in-person during regular hours.
• Cancellations can't be made online within 2 weeks of the reserved date. You may contact the pool directly to cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your booking.
• Full refunds are issued if the pool closes for severe weather before your reserved time (check our Facebook for updates). 

Small Canopy Rental Option

 A smaller 10'x10' canopy will be available each day, first-come, first-served. Cash price is $25 (+3% credit card service fee). Not available to pre-book. No tables included.
